Abbreviations Key:
This is only an estimation based on my current knowledge. I am NOT a doctor, obviously. Please double check that any ingredients are safe for you, personally, before eating. 
CF - Corn free (No ingredients, no derivatives, to my knowledge)
DF - Dairy free
EF - Egg free
GF - Gluten free
GRF - Grain free
PNF - Peanut and tree nut free
SF - soy free
Sulf - Sulfite free and high-sulfur foods free (like eggs, onions, garlic, etc…)
LH - Low histamine (Ingredients Only. Some recipes may have more histamines added due to preparation. Please use caution, because there is no real 'standard' histamine list, so some foods I consider low histamine may not work for everyone.)

- Some recipes may be listed as 'X free' if they have substitutions listed at the bottom of the recipe.
- All recipes are free from processed sugar (beet or sugarcane), and artificial dye and preservative free, barring the alcohol used in homemade vanilla.
